8 Steps to Success

  • Step 2. Assessment
We assess your situation and let you know of your potential tax benefits, negative or positive cash flow from owning a property.
  • Step 3. Lending Capacity
Our Finance Brokers will arrange finance from a selection of 40 lenders ensuring you get the best loan structure with the best rate to suit your situation.
  • Step 4. The Property
We will research the market and will advise on a range of recommended properties. We deal direct with developers on your behalf and secure the best possible deal with focus on growth and income.
  • Step 5. Start to Finish
We will refer you to one of our trusted conveyancing solicitors to manage your purchase. We manage the entire construction process for you to make it easy and stress free. We check that all is going to plan on site. Even organising the end process for you to ensure the house is finished to Australian Standard & that you get the tax advantages from the property.
  • Step 6. Management of Property
Once your property is purchased we will refer you to a dedicated and passionate property manager who will ensure your property is looked after and most importantly tenanted.
  • Step 7. Completion Review
Once the property is complete and you have tenants in. We like to hold a completion review. In this review we go over everything with you to ensure it is running easily and smoothly. We give tips and pointer and see if there is any further ways to possibly save you more money.
  • Step 8. Annual Reviews
It’s not over yet. We are with you for the long haul. We like to make sure that it is all running right. We touch base every year. We are always her for advice and to help you with your loans to achieve the best possible returns on your property.
